CATIA Bootstraping error in CATIA WGM

Problem: This error ccurs in CATIA when a user fiest attempts to use the Windchill 
Dropdown menu. It then Gives him/her an arror stating something about a problem
bootstraping

Solution: First check that the user has the correct Java version 6.3 / 6.7
	  Clear the cashe/temp files

Next log the user off and log on with your log-in

Open windchill, and Go to:
	Home
	Utilities
	Software downloads
	accept the agreement
	Select the Bootstraping software
		Follow the instructions inside the package

Log into Catia and attempt to open the checkout menu, you may have to accept 
some kinds of software downloads and agreements. WGM should open the Checkout
pannel OK. If it does you have solved the problem/
